QOTC Website Support

Our eTicket support system is how we log and track your enquiry/website issue. To submit an eTicket, browse to our support system and complete the details of your enquiry or website issue and include any relevant screenshots or images to assist in troubleshooting. You don't need to create an account to log into our support system, simply provide your name, email, website address and enquiry/issue. You will receive an email confirmation that includes your support ticket number.

A standard eTicket will be actioned within 48 hours. If we require further information we will contact you, otherwise we will advise that the issue has been fixed.

Priority Support

If you require priority support, a fee of $49 will move your eTicket to the top of the queue with a response within 8 hours. To submit a priority support request, simply complete the form below with payment via credit card. We will create your support eTicket and send an email confirmation with the support ticket number. This will also move your eTicket to the top of our queue ready for action.

All of our support requests are submitted through our eTicket support system. This is the most efficient way of tracking the progress of your enquiry and removes the issue of emails getting lost.
We don't provide 24/7 technical support. Our support hours are 9am - 3pm AEST, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
QOTC Web Design only builds websites using WordPress. Any support issues you come across, you'll know that QOTC Web Design provides skilled and experienced support in this area.

We only provide website support to our clients. All websites are hosted with us so that we have full control in the event of unforeseen issues arising.
